The Main Package

This is a server-based solution that integrates with most platforms such as Windows, OS/400 and UNIX.  The forms themselves can be designed from the users PC made for printing, faxing, emailing or archiving.  A great addition is the ability to automatically print cheques.

Output - Fax, Email, Print

The way in which the forms are delivered can be wide to the user.  The above options are available and will automatically copy, split, bind and distribute to any network printer for printing.  The electronic delivery can basically be done using fax, email or the web.

The reason why this would be needed is by digitalising the entire document delivery process, saving the customer time and more importantly money.

Bespoke Form Design

It is a true plug-and-play solution for both printer and HP LaserJet TM based outputs, allowing anyone in your organisation to produce better looking, customised documents (forms) without disruption to your business processes.

It allows you to achieve professional looking outputs without pre-printed stationary.  Designed forms overlays or completely reformats your documents adding images, colour, shading, fonts and bar codes.  The customer can then download and store the documents on the PostScript printer.

Changes to your outputs can be made in minutes, electronically, and implemented immediately with the benefit of it all being on plain paper, therefore no more storing cartons of pre-printed materials.
